Appointment Policies
Every mobile appointment is reserved exclusively for you and includes dedicated travel time, scheduling, and preparation. To keep appointments running smoothly for every client, please review the following policies before booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Deposits for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable but may be applied toward one rescheduled appointment within 7 days, subject to availability.No Call, No Show
If you miss your appointment without notice, your deposit is forfeited. Future appointments may require full payment in advance before they can be confirmed. A missed appointment means reserved travel time, a lost service window, and another client who could have booked that time.Running Late
Please call or text as soon as possible if you're running behind. Arriving more than 15 minutes late, being unavailable upon arrival, or providing an incorrect address may result in a shortened service, additional travel fees, or a rescheduled appointment.Day of Appointment
